In order for families to access the baby bank, we will require a third party referral from a professional person working alongside the family. We currently support children aged 2 years and under.

Need Support?
If you need support from the baby bank, please speak to a professional who can refer you. Every family has a number of professional people linked to their family so please don't worry about finding a referrer. Any of the following can refer you to us:
Any NHS professional for example a midwife, GP, health visitor, community nurse, family support worker etc
A nursery, pre-school, primary or secondary school teacher
Other charities for example Homestart, SOFEA, SOHA etc
A religious leader
Citizens Advice and many more organisations
Where Do We Cover?
We are based in Didcot, South Oxfordshire and are currently only able to support families in Didcot and the following villages:
Appleford On Thames, Aston Tirrold, Aston Upthorpe, Blewbury, Chilton, Culham, Drayton, East Hagbourne, Harwell, Milton, North Moreton, Rowstock, South Moreton, Steventon, Sutton Courtenay, Upton and West Hagbourne

Please note, you can only make a referral if you are a professional who is working with the family.
If you have multiple families to refer, please complete a separate form for each beneficiary.
If you don't have a Google account you can still submit a referral form (just not save it).
What happens next?
Once you have made a referral, we aim to have the bundle ready for collection within 7 days. Either you or the beneficiary must be able to collect the items from Didcot Baptist Church, Wantage Road, OX11 0BS on a Tuesday or Friday between 11am - 1pm. We will contact you via the contact details you provide when the items are ready to be collected.
We will not pass on any details unless we have a safeguarding concern.
